John Paul Caswell is a recognized leader in the insurance and financial services sectors, honored as a “Top 100 CEO” among privately held companies in Baton Rouge from 2019 to 2026 and listed among the “Top 500 Most Influential” individuals by the Baton Rouge Business Report from 2023 to 2026. He has also earned nationwide recognition through FINSECA, receiving the International Management Award (IMA®)¹.

His professional credentials include Series 6, Series 63, Series 7, Series 65, Series 24, Certified Long-Term Care (CLTC®), and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®).

He currently serves as President and Managing Principal of Iron Horse Financial, a financial services firm with six locations.

Beyond finance, John Paul is committed to community and global impact. Since 2014, Iron Horse Financial has facilitated beneficiary designations for 95 local nonprofit organizations. He and his wife, Tiffani, established the “100 Well Project” in 2016 to help provide clean drinking water to communities in India and Nepal. They are also Legacy Partners with the John Maxwell Leadership Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing leadership training and values-based transformation around the world.

John Paul and his family reside in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where they are actively involved in their local church and community.
